SELF spans 137 square meters and stands out for its advanced artificial intelligence, enabling it to learn and make optimal decisions as orders are processed in the restaurant. On the other hand, its artificial vision camera allows it to "see" and adapt to the environment, making it an even more effective tool for improving service speed and quality.

The robot operates through a system that serves customers, handling and delivering orders via a robotic arm equipped with a claw and five tactile fingers, allowing it to operate and make movements in an optimal way, seeking maximum efficiency for the establishment. 

SELF can manage up to six orders simultaneously and, thanks to the teamwork with staff, the employees can provide a better and more personalised service to customers. Additionally, SELF efficiently handles inventory and restocking.

Although SELF functions autonomously, it always works in close collaboration with the team, who handle customer service and overall management of the establishment.

Approach the touch screens or Smart Kiosk, select your items, and complete payment. From there, SELF will begin preparing your order and organizing items on trays to optimize delivery time. Once ready, you’ll be notified on the Call Screen, and you can collect your order from the assigned area.
